Introduction
The 10th eGovernment Forum (EGOV10) reflects a critical stage for the future of computing in Kuwait. Government agencies stand on the threshold of strategically entering the era of cloud computing, which sets Kuwait on par with the developed countries globally in information technology.
The new phase is implemented through projects planned by the Central Agency for Information Technology (CAIT) through its responsibility to promote the Information Technology sector and develop the eGovernment program in Kuwait. These projects will allow Kuwait to benefit from modern Cloud computing trends.
