Welcome to the inaugural Kuwait Agile Transformation Conference! This engaging and informative event is designed to share knowledge, inspire innovative thinking, and promote the understanding and adoption of Agile methodologies in businesses throughout Kuwait.

This two-day conference will bring together thought leaders, practitioners, and Agile enthusiasts to collaborate and share ideas in a dynamic Open Space Technology format.

The conference will feature an exclusive keynote by Niels Pflaeging, founder of BetaCodex. He will discuss Agile transformation in the 21st century. Niels will be joined by Silke Hermann, who is the creator of concepts like OpenSpace Beta, Cell Structure Design, and Org Physics. Together, Silke and Niels will offer hands-on workshops on BetaCodex during the conference—a revolutionary organizational model that promotes adaptability, transparency, and high-performance value creation.

During the Open Space portion of the conference, workshop sessions will be conducted in both Arabic and English. Participants are free to choose whichever workshop sessions they wish to attend. Additionally, ALL participants are welcome to propose workshop sessions!
